We offer affordable coaching and HR project management to fit your company’s needs and budget.  With our small retainer plan, you can have an experienced and knowledgeable HR expert available as close as your telephone, or a quick response team with “wheels down” and ready for any emergencies.   Our fees provide HR Director level or HR VP Level expertise.  Our compensation is simple.  The chart below shows our basic on-call advice and coaching service.  Any item that can be handled in 15 minutes or less is covered by the monthly retainer.  Projects or research that create more than a single call or more than 15 minutes are billed as low as $40 per hour based on your plan.
